Prairie Five CAC, Inc. has several Congregate Dining sites in Lac qui Parle county; Madison City Hall Basement, Park Ave Apartments and Riverside Manor in Dawson.  ​​​
  • The meals are for persons age 60+ and spouses (any age). Call 320-598-3025 or 800-292-5437 for more information.
  • There is also home delivered frozen meals and shelf-stable meals available.  Call 800-292-5437 to order.
